E-therapy, or on-line therapy, or virtual therapy, is a viable alternative source of help when traditional psychotherapy is not accessible. Its effective. Its private. Its conducted by skilled, qualified, ethical professionals. And for some people, it's theonly way they can get help from a professional therapist.
As a mindfulness-based therapist offering on-line virtual therapy, my goal is to help you be the best person you can be. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying mindfulness-based approaches and educating you about the effects of stress and how to be with life the way it is, we will journey toward wellness.
